*Please note TV and Features have different eligibility periods this year.
Eligibility Period for Television – November 2, 2024 – December 31, 2025
Eligibility Period for Feature Films and Shorts – January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

EARLYBIRD – Submission Fee is $250 per title/episode
After December 1st – Submission Fee is $350 per title/episode 

ENTRIES FOR THE NEW SHORTS CATEGORY:

Please have a viewing link ready to post on this submissions page, along with password if needed.  Shorts should NOT be uploaded to the ACE FYC site.
 

Member Submission Process

1. Check your email for ACE Discount Code for submission.
2. Gather info: title, episode title & number, air date, production or distribution company, names of editor(s), thumbnail image of project (height under 400px, less than 10mb).
3. Enter all information about your submission.
4. Submit (you may review or change prior to deadline).
5. If you want your show to be uploaded on the ACE Viewing App you you will be instructed at the end of the submission how to do that. Extra fees will apply.
6. Submission Deadline: December 18, 2025, 5pm (PT)

Non-Member Submission Process 

1. Count up TOTAL number of entries ($250 each until December 1st. Then price will be $350 each).
2. Gather info: title, episode title & number, air date, production or distribution company, editor(s) names, thumbnail image of project (height under 400px, less than 10mb)
3. Make payment in Eddie Submission system.
4. You may share digital screeners with voting members through ACE screener submission platform as instructed in the Digital Screener Submission section below (extra fees apply).
5. Submit (you may review or change prior to deadline). Submission Deadline: December 18, 2025, 5pm (PT)

* Digital Screener Submissions Process

American Cinema Editors partners with Indee Secure Screening Rooms to host digital screeners for the ACE Eddies Awards. Indee.tv is trusted by major studios to safeguard their online screeners (extra fees apply). Shorts should NOT be uploaded to the ACE FYC site.

You may make your submission available for online viewing by uploading to the Indee.tv app (extra fees apply). Please note that uploading a submission video is NOT mandatory for nomination.

1. Multiple videos for a title must be uploaded together
2.  A screening fee will be charged based on digital security preferences and number of videos.

4. Gather info - security preference, graphic assets (poster, banner, video thumbnail), video file and subtitle files.
5. When on the Indee site,click on "Get Started" button to begin your upload.
6. Once the nominees are decided, all nominated content must have been or be submitted for digital screening through this ACE screener submission platform at: https://americancinemaeditors.indee.tv/ 

*Please Note: If a show title has more than 2 nominations in a single category it may be subject to review by the Blue Ribbon Committee.
